Highlights include leading an InnovateUK-funded startup using predictive analytics to transform the road haulage market, and building apps for multiple tech ventures at hedgehog lab.
Today, Aidan advises SMEs and startups as a board advisor, helping leadership teams sharpen priorities, adopt an agile mindset, and align technology with their goals.
